Apply to provide subcontracted snow hauling services with SmithSons for the Municipality of Anchorage’s 2026–2027 snow haul season.
Complete the company application first, then submit a separate Driver Information form for each driver and a separate Truck Information form for each truck. Use the same company name on all submissions. Enter your Company Application ID if SmithSons has provided one.
IMPORTANT INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Your Certificate of Insurance must name BOTH Municipality of Anchorage and SmithSons as additional insureds on general and auto liability coverage. Missing either name delays review.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or authorize your company, drivers, or trucks to begin work.
